In-office training

The new Gendex training program is tailored to provide dental offices with a professional training experience of VixWin Platinum and therefore facilitate adoption of digital imaging products used within the VixWin Platinum system. All in-office training sessions will be conducted by highly trained and certified Gendex Instructors. The duration of the training is about 3-4 hours.

Training appointments will be scheduled and coordinated by the Gendex New Owner Support (NOS) team. The NOS representative that will provide the dental office with training voucher and a checklist to be filled before the training happens. For a best end-user experience, we request Gendex software and other hardware products to be installed and function prior to the arrival of the Gendex certified instructor.
