Flexible Positing

Operator convenience
Maximum patient positioning can be achieved even in the most challenging situations. A fully motorized and highly accurate positioning mechanism assures maximum precision. The patient remains stationary, thus requiring little adjustment from the operator.
Tools are provided for more difficult projections such as Transcan Transversal Tomographic System and TMJ Programs

Radiology Programs

Basic panoramic radiology programs
Offers the following:

  • Standard panoramic projection-most common routine examination
  • Child projection-no overlapping of crowns in the premolar region
  • Orthogonal dentition-sharp and undistorted view limited to the dentition
  • Orthogonal half-panoramic-free of redundant shadows from the spinal cord
  • Lateral views of the TMJ-accurate examination of the base and section of each joint

 

DMF Option

Specialized programs for dento-maxillo-facial radiology

  • Frontal TMJ useful for detailed investigation of the patient's morphology
  • Front view of maxillary sinuses image layer position can be determined by the user
  • Lateral maxillary sinuses-complementary projection to the front view
  • Half orthogonal dentition designed to be shown on the same film together with the appropriate Transcan projection
  • Frontal dentition-recommended for use on patients with malocclusions and/or during orthodontic treatment
9200 Ceph

Upgradeable option to ceph
The Orthoralix 9200 is available with a remote arm for cephalometric X-rays, and can be upgraded with this option even after installation.
The special soft tissue filter is easy to utilize and adapts with precision to each patient's profile.
Special programs check technical factors and propose the best combinations for various types of patients.

The following views are possible (with a geometric scale of 1:1):

  • Latero-lateral (LL)
  • Antero-Posterior (AP)
  • Postero-Anterior (PA)
  • Sumentio-Vertex (SV)
