Cefla is committed to ensuring the success of every NewTom installation. We work with each medical professional to design a business plan, develop site specifications, and work with clients during installation. Cefla also provides the highest quality training and technical support available in the industry. Through field service agents and phone support personnel, we guarantee to be there when you need us for any kind of support, including reading and interpreting images.

Technical Service. For fast, courteous service on your NewTom 3G, VG, VGi or 9000, please contact Cefla at 914.592.6100. After speaking with a Technical Service Engineer, if your system requires repair, we will dispatch a Field Service Engineer to your office. We are committed to having your system working flawlessly for you when you need it.

Study Reports. Several NewTom imaging centers are available to produce study reports of your scans. Depending on the size of your organization, this could be an outstanding opportunity to save time and deliver better patient care. Training

At NewTom, we understand that Cone Beam Imaging may be new to you or your staff. This exciting and revolutionary addition to your practice will take your diagnostic abilities to new heights and elevate the care given to your patients. But that cannot happen until you and your staff understand Cone Beam Imaging and how your equipment functions, but most importantly how it improves your ability to diagnose and treat patients and how to incorporate it into the office workflow.

As part of their total comprehensive training package, each new NewTom customer receives a 2-hour online training session designed to introduce them to the basics of Cone Beam 3D Imaging. The online training portion includes a thorough presentation and interaction with a certified NewTom training specialist.

Subsequent, or advanced training sessions can be arranged both online or onsite. To discuss or schedule additional training, please contact NewTom's training department.
