A Core is defined as a
part that is no longer usable and is being replaced
by the purchased product.
Our core return policy
applies to the following Philips, DENT-X, A/T 2000 and
Gendex Dental X-Ray Processors:
The Core deposit and the
return prepaid label will be invoiced at the time of
your order and charged to your credit card. The core
deposit will be credited upon return on the core.
How to Return the Core
When you receive your
order via UPS, open the box and remove your ordered
item. Look for the prepaid return label and put your old
part (core) in the same box. Seal the box and deliver it
to UPS. The core must be returned within one week.
