DCI Cartridge Valves

The Cartridge Valve product line consists of a complete assortment of normally closed and normally open styles, on-off routing and momentary, in both 3-way and 2-way. They are available in toggle, push button and roller activation.
The perfect valve to replace the existing valves in your current equipment. The cartridge characteristic allows for very simple and quick repairs in the field. No need to go through the difficult tasks of removing and replacing the whole valve. A quick 60° turn of the cartridge will allow you to remove the cartridge and a simple insertion and the 1/8 turn again with the new cartridge and you are back up and running. It's as simple as that.

Valve Replacement Cartridges

The great advantage of using the DCI Cartridge Valve is the ease of maintenance over the standard OEM valves available.
The replacement valve is made up of a valve stem, cartridge body and actuator (toggle, push button, or roller). The cartridge body can be placed in four different positions within the valve body allowing for better tubing and barb clearance. The cartridge body is molded in different colors that identify their functions:

  • Blue= 3-way (normally closed)

  • Brown= 2-way (normally closed)

  • Green= 3-way (normally open)

  • Gray= routing valve

 

  • Color Coded cartridge for easy identification
