PRACTICE ANALYSIS (STAGE 1)
A personalized, hands-on consultation visit
designed to assess your specific practice needs and develop a
tailor-made annual business plan that will lead to increased
success and profitability.
This two-day, in-depth evaluation is Stage
1 in implementing real, positive change in your practice. (See
SuccessTrack for more information on Stage 2.) Virginia or
Debbie will work with you to identify what is working well, and
what needs fine-tuning. Their focus is on you, your practice and
your needs.
For doctors who have ever thought to
themselves: "I don't have the time or experience I need to train
my staff in effective management skills", this program will
begin a whole new chapter of success and productivity in your
practice – not to mention lowering the stress caused by an
ineffective, outdated (or non-existent!) business plan.
On day one, we will:

observe patient flow
·
review patient records
·
observe a new patient exam
·
evaluate common processes and staff
responsibilities
Following this observation (approximately
2/3 of the day) will will facilitate a meeting to discuss our
findings with you and your staff.
On day two, we will:
·
meet with Doctor or Doctor/Spouse only to review
our findings and begin work on your customized Annual Plan
·
analyze your Profit & Loss Statement
·
forecast expenses for the coming year
·
recommend a training curriculum for your staff

recommendations follows in Stage 2: SuccessTrack.
SUCCESSTRACK (STAGE 2)
SuccessTrack is Stage 2 in a set of
on-going training workshops and telephone coaching tailored to
meet your needs and goals as specified by the findings in Stage
1: Practice Analysis. In Stage 2 you will begin to implement new
systems and put organizational processes into place that will
energize and re-vitalize both your staff and your practice.
Stage 2 is about making it work!
