         Correct maintenance performed at regular intervals is a key to high performance and longer
         life of your handpieces. NSK designed easy-to-use Care3 Plus to facilitate handpiece
         maintenance at your office. Care3 Plus automatically cleans and lubricates up to 3 handpieces
         at one time with a touch of button. Both high speed and low speed handpieces are processed  
         thoroughly in a single 2-minute operation cycle.

Care3 Plus Automatic handpiece Cleaning and Lubrication System

NSK Care3 automatically and correctly cleans and lubricates all high speed handpieces, low speed handpieces, and air  motors. All day, every day, correctly every time.

The new NSK Care3 automatic handpiece cleaning and lubrication system has been developed by NSK to professionally clean and lubricate all handpieces and air motors before autoclaving. Every Care3 automatic cycle cleans and lubricates 1,2, or 3 high speed and/or low speed handpieces, plus air motors. Handpieces are simply attached to any of the three Care3 ports.

At the touch of a button (S-Short cycle for high speed handpieces, L-Long cycle for low speed handpieces and S&L-Extra Long cycle for speed reduction handpieces) each handpiece is automatically programmed for correct maintenance and lubrication. 40 seconds after the Star button is pressed all handpieces and air motors are correctly cleaned and lubricated, ready for autoclaving.

NSK Care3 automatically purges excess lubrication solution from each handpiece. Further, Care3 automatically extracts any solution vapor from the sealed cleaning chamber via a fine filter. When the chamber cover is opened, very little solution vapor is emitted. A solution indicator visually shows the level of solution remaining in the intergraded tank, and automatically warns if the solution requires replenishing. When coupled to a high pressure air connection, Care3 automatically adjusts down to the correct air pressure required for each operating cycle. (Recommended air pressure 50-85 psi)

Complete Cleaning and Lubrication Guarantee

High Speed Handpieces NSK’s maintenance system also guarantees complete cleaning and lubrication of high speed handpieces. The important turbine component, and air and water channels are thoroughly cleaned up.

Low speed Handpieces NSK’s rotational maintenance system guarantees complete cleaning and lubrication of low speed handpieces. Extra penetration of solution is required to clean and lubricate low speed handpieces as they have built-in gearing mechanism. Care3 Plus's rotary port turns the gear inside contra, allowing lubrication and cleaning simultaneously and effectively in every detail.
