whether new or old. For maximum protection
from x-radiation exposure, Margraf PID'S are
designed to exceed all federal and state
requirements. Our PID's are completely Lead
Lined to eliminate scatter and secondary
x-radiation, yet are light in weight. |
Available
in three lengths:

The SHORT P.I.D. (8"
Source-to-Skin-Distance) is for the
bisecting-angle technique, or the standard
practice of the profession.

The INTERMEDIATE
P.I.D. (12" S.S.D.) is used where
operatory space is limited and the LONG
CONE technique is desired.

The LONG P.I.D. (16"
S.S.D.) is for the Long Cone Paralleling
technique, or where undistorted x-rays are
desired.
