Pricing Information

Pricing does not include sales tax for Michigan customers. May not include training, installation, shipping or handling. We reserve the right to make price adjustment in response to manufacturers increases or to correct typographical errors.

Financing/Leasing Plans

These are subject to credit approval. We work with many financial lenders including MBNA (now owned by MNSB), source for equipment financing, leasing, working capital, practice start-up and practice acquisition loans.

Terms of Payment

50% deposit is required on all large equipment orders. In case of financial arrangements with a financial institution a minimum of 10% deposit is required along with a preliminary note to pay the balance of payment upon DELIVERY or the due date specified on the order, whichever occurs first. A signed equipment agreement is required to initiate the project. All equipment orders are non cancelable and non returnable.

Delivery & Installation

All equipment orders requiring installation will be delivered and installed by KAB Dental. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for manufacturers delays.

Warranty

KAB Dental will honor the full duration of each manufacturer's warranty on parts. There is a 90 days warranty on labor.

Returned Goods

All goods returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by KAB Dental within 7 days of date received by the customer.

  • Contact Customer Service for Return Authorization Number
  • Returned products are subject to a 30% restocking charge
  • All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number

All returned goods must be shipped prepaid

All authorized returns must be received by KAB Dental in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations. All outbound repair/warranty freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
