Minimum Orders

We require a minimum of $15.00 for each order unless specified otherwise.

Pricing Information

Pricing does not include sales tax for Michigan customers. May not include training, installation, shipping or handling. We reserve the right to make price adjustment in response to manufacturers increases or to correct typographical errors.

Financing/Leasing Plans

We offer financing/leasing plans from many financial lenders including Bank of America & Group Financial Services for equipment, working capital, practice start-up and practice acquisition loans. Subject to credit approval.

Terms of Payment

50% deposit is required on all equipment orders. In case of financial arrangements with a financial institution a minimum of 50% deposit is required along with a preliminary note to pay the balance of payment upon DELIVERY or the due date specified on the order, whichever occurs first. A signed equipment agreement is required to initiate the project. All equipment orders are non cancellable and non returnable.

Delivery & Installation

All equipment orders requiring installation will be delivered and installed by KAB Dental or installer designated by KAB Dental. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for manufacturers delays.

Warranty

KAB Dental will honor the full duration of each manufacturer's warranty on parts. There is a 90 days warranty on labor. Warranty will be voided if the installation is done by unqualified installer.

Returned Goods

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by KAB Dental within 7 days of date received by the customer.Returns must be received by us or designated manufacturer within 14 days. All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number. All authorized returns must be received by KAB Dental or manufacturer in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations.

• Returned products are subject to a 30% to 50% restocking charge
• Freight charges are not refundable
• Service Parts are not returnable or refundable
• All returned goods must be shipped prepaid

Credits will be issued after the returned item(s) has been inspected & approved for credit. This process may take 30 days or longer

All repair/warranty freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
